We know that you have received numerous emails regarding the COVID-19 outbreak. Kindly let us explain our current situation and how we are operating during this time. We care deeply for all of our customers and employees and want to make the best possible choices to keep everyone safe and healthy. Please note the following:
- We are OPEN. We are considered essential business while under the ‘Stay-At-Home’ order. We have adjusted our showroom to ‘By Appointment Only.’ Please call 336-331-3427 or email [email protected] to schedule.
- We are taking every precaution. We have implemented the recommended procedures from WHO, the CDC and local officials. All of our workers have been instructed to regularly wash hands, disinfect tools and frequently used surfaces, and to wear the proper PPE. We are adhering to social distancing to the best degree possible in our field. Also, we are asking all of our customers to let us know if you or a family member has been sick.
- We are here for you. Daily life has changed drastically making everything uncertain and stressful. During this time if anything unexpected happens to your home such as water, fire, mold or tree damage, you can be sure we will be there ready to help. As well as servicing any scheduled renovations or repairs you may need.
- We will be in touch. Should any new orders go in place or it become too much of a public health risk, causing any changes to our business, we will continue to communicate with all of our customers.
